I provide therapy for most age groups ranging from preadolescents to older adults. I am experienced in providing individual, couples, family, group therapy and mental health workshops in both Arabic and English languages.
I independently developed and provided therapeutic interventions to help individuals develop assertive communication skills and overcome emotional eating behaviors in a holistic manner.
I have extensive experience in helping clients overcome interpersonal, psychological, personality, relationship, identity and existential issues, as well as emotional eating and self-empowerment. Specifically, anxiety, depressive, eating, personality and sleep issues, as well as alleviating crisis cases.
I primarily utilize Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) along with other theory-based techniques tailored to clients’ unique goals ranging from ACT, CBT, DBT, PCT & SFT. Finally, I practice Imago Therapy and the Gottman Method to help couples rekindle their relationship. Additionally, I use a Systems Therapy approach to help families function more healthily.
I believe therapy is a special journey that fosters inner acceptance and growth; the first step to begin is the bravest.
Let’s embark this journey together.
